I have been training with Andrew twice a week for 5 months. I have literally enjoyed every session. Andrew is a fantastic PT. Tough but kind and very very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. The results I am seeing are so good. I feel great. Stronger, leaner, fitter and more energy.

I have been training with Andrew for nearly two years now and made very good progress despite being in my fifties and relatively new to using a gym. The programmes are very well thought out and easy to understand, coupled with one on one supervision and advice on all aspects of wellbeing. I would have no issue with recommending Andrew as a personal trainer to anyone.

Great service by Andrew, he really knows what he's doing and tailors the program around any issues you may have in order to get the most out of your training. He always has other options if you struggle so I can't recommend him enough.

Andy is so many things that make him the perfect PT. He’s come from where we are, he knows the challenges we face, the questions we want answers to, the support we need and always knows when you have another 2 in your tank to get the most out of your workout. He’s kind, funny, patient, caring and someone I now call a friend. Would recommend him to everyone

Andrew’s great and really nice to work with, he has a very friendly and relaxed approach. He’s very knowledgeable and explains things well.
The gym is a really nice space and well done out - and always very clean and tidy!
All the workouts are recorded on Trainerize so you can see your progress and get encouragement. If you log food Andrew will also review that and offer advice.
Would definitely recommend 👍🏻

Andrew has given me the motivation to train and help with changing body shape and feeling fitter with workouts. The app is great to follow to continue your programme at the gym. He makes sure you are training correctly with correct posture and helps with nutrition. Highly recommend if you want to get in better shape, getter fitter and more toned without going hell for leather doing cardio

Andy has been fantastic since day one. We are a group of 4 and are all different fitness, strength and age levels. Andy always managed to create a programme each week that challenged us as individuals, and works towards improving weaknesses alongside overall strength and fitness. His program definitely works and his coaching style makes it a really fun and relaxed atmosphere! Thank you very much Andy!

Absolutely fantastic experience, everything is tailored around my personal needs and goals and I feel like I’m getting somewhere.
I’m doing 3 sessions a week now and making progress in every session.
Amazing gym with plenty of equipment.
Andy is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.

Andy is fantastic! I started seeing him twice a week in January to help with a knee problem and have continued beyond the initial 12 week programme to a regular weekly session. He is incredibly encouraging and has kept pushing me so I have made great progress. There is nothing intimidating about his style or the gym space. He has also made simple changes to my diet and the exercise I do between PT sessions. I have become stronger, my knee is barely an issue and I have lost weight. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've been working with Andy for 6 weeks now, I had a specific goal in mind when rejoining the gym but wanted the experience and expertise of a PT to get me there. Andy has not disappointed, each session is challenging but enjoyable and best of all offers consistency through variety. No session feels the same but incorporates enough repetition that you're learning as you go, meaning my solo workouts are a combination of various workouts that I can pick and choose from to switch up my own routines. My confidence in the gym had improved massively as Andy has laid a solid foundation for me to build upon, our weekly sessions keep me accountable and help guide me in moving forward with my goals. I would highly recommend Andy as a Personal Trainer
