Friendly pub with a classic wood burning fire, good drink choices and good pizza.

Great pub. Accommodated 17 people very easily. All orders looked incredibly nice and were served very quickly. Pizzas were amazing, would definitely go again.

Best wake ever! Terrific lunch type buffet with quite outstanding coronation chicken butties, incredible petite pastries set in a handsome stone pub with great array of local beers. Allow 10 mins to park tho', it's pretty weendy windy there and justifiably popular/busy with the Old Mill being right opposite. Rooms: Stayed in the cottage opposite as opposed to the Inns rooms. Lovely, just a bit noisy cos of the A6 by pass near by

Great pub in a lovely village. The selection of beers and ales are great. The pizzas are lovely too. We were here on holiday so next time we are on holiday we will definitely be back

Great little local pub with friendly staff, great beer selection for drink in or takeout, footie on the telly but on silent and what looked like great food too. Will be back on my next trip to the area.

Spent the night here for a wedding room 12 decorated to a highest standard room was clean and tidy would definitely recommend. Staff in the pub and very welcoming owner
