Kind staff and good food. Offer gluten free pie and it’s very good but slightly sweet. Update: the pie is amazing now. Much better - turned this into a 5 star review. There’s also loads of events to go to almost every day of the week and the atmosphere is amazing (just be careful at night as there is sometimes fights but not often). Nice dog. Wide range of alcoholic beverages

Absolutely incredible little place. Decked out fabulously for Christmas, and the food was gorgeous. Decent prices, and lovely staff. They have lovely music at the weekend too apparently. Definitely recommended 👌

The new inn is my local and has been for a good number of years, Roy and Kim have made the pub a great place to drink, eat and great atmosphere. Can't recommend enough. They can't do enough for you and just a friendly face to anyone who visits

Came in for a catch up with family which turned into food. Absolutely stunning I had the Yorkshire pudding wrap which was lush. My hubby had a burger and little girl had chicken goujons n chips. All empty plates and very happy. Came last year for Christmas dinner & pies with all the family. The pub is always very welcoming. Games aswell for self entertainment. Bingo is a huge hit too each week. Highly recommend x

Popped in for Sunday lunch as it was a half way stop on my journey. The hostess was friendly and efficient. My cousin had the Sunday lunch and I had the burger. The food was hot and filling, I couldn't finish mine The Sunday lunch was okay but the Yorkshire puds were over cooked It's a lovely little local pub and I wish it every success for the future

I had a great experience here, can't rate it highly enough. Roy and Kim are wonderful! So friendly and welcoming; they make a great atmosphere. I had kids with me and they were also made feel right at home. We went on bike night and I had a great chat with Roy about prepping for my direct access (thanks for the pointers Roy!). The food was also great; I had the classic burger and garlic loaded fries. My home town in Ireland is well known for it's garlic and cheese chips and I've never been able to find anything like it here - this came close! I will definitely be going back again for more, maybe on our new Triumph Sprint with my full licence ;)

Can't fault the place. We went on a bike night, Wednesday, so they had a biker's menu, still had loads to choose from. Service great, food great all together a great town pub to go to. We will be going back. Landlord and landlady couldn't do enough for you.

Very warm welcome. Biker friendly. Tasty cooked breakfast served with a smile. Good atmosphere. Nice surroundings. Coffee in a ceramic mug and thick cut toast and I'd give the 5th star next time. Thanks. See you again soon

A fantastic and friendly pub, just tried the new “pie master pies” on offer, absolutely incredible, fast service arrived hot and very tasty, we will definitely be back! The texture was a 10/10 👌
