After having cctv and several doorbells fitted, which didn't take him long at all, he also explained how everything worked and didnt just leave us with a book to read. Right from the first request for his servces, Gary was prompt in getting back to me and in arranging a visit. He very quickly came round to look at the job (ascertaining why our Sky box wasn't receiving a signal), and then identified and rectified the issue in under an hour. Great experience with G W Aerials, got in touch with my query and they quickly responded and were friendly and approachable. They arranged to visit ASAP for a free evaluation but on the visit they discovered we didn't need what we had thought (new aerial) and instead our TV has an integrated feature that is able to use our old sky dish as a satellite, they provided this advice free of charge and refused to take any payment. This goes to show the integrity and professionalism of the company as they could have easily told us we needed a new aerial and charged us for this as we would have been none the wiser, so we very much value and appreciate their expertise and honesty. Would highly recommend and will 100% use in future should we require their service.

Garry arrived on time, despite the weather...snowing at the time! He was observant of the present guidelines reference the Covid-19 virus and wore a mask throughout his presence in my property. I had been experiencing problems with my TV system for several days but Garry quickly identified the problem and rectified it within a very short period of time. A very pleasant and efficient chap.
