Fantastic service always received from Dave and his team. No matter what needs doing it’s done in good time with a positive attitude. Any niggles are fixed quick time and installation and training very good. Thanks Dave

David and the HappyPOS team are second to none! He was recommended to our social enterprise after we had been let down by a couple of other providers and we are so delighted with their support. Nothing is too much trouble - and they are so patient with our large group of violunteers getting used to a new system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Installation was so quick and smoothened full training was provided the same day. I am a total technophobe myself yet have found this till system so easy to navigate, I wish we had changed sooner. Any problems we have are dealt with rapidly, along with any amendments we need, always done swiftly and to our convenience. Happy Pos go above and beyond for their customers and I would recommend them to any business who would like to improve their operations and increase efficiency. A*****

We can highly recommend HappyPOS. David has been very helpful right from the start. We discussed exactly what we needed to suit or business. The whole setup of the hardware and software was done really smoothly, and efficiently and is just what we want. Whenever we’ve wanted to make changes or add things David has been very quick to respond and make these happen. The support has been fantastic. David is always there at the end of the phone with support straight away and always resolves any issues really quickly. Which has been great especially at weekends and during busy times. What we like best about HappyPOS is the personal local service from David. There’s no waiting on the phone to endless call centres and because he now knows us and our setup you don’t have to explain yourself every time. We get that consistency of good support from the same person every time.

David and the team treat you and your business like you are their own. They are with you every step of the way, no question is too silly or too small. Having the flexibility to call 24/7 helps massively especially when technical problems arise during busy times. Being able to stream-line, automate, cost/report things more efficiently helps reduce paperwork time too, and less room for manual errors. I couldn't recommend Happy Pos enough.

We are extremely happy with our HappyPos Epos system. It has made life much easier in our cafe, the checks going directly through to the kitchen ensures we never miss an order (which occasionally happened on written checks!) David is super helpful, always on hand if you need him and always sorts out any issues that arise. 100% happy and would definitely recommend!

SInce starting our own bar a few months back, we have had countless issues regarding our till systems. David at Happy Epos Solutions has been absolutely amazing throughout, he has always been at the end of the phone, whatever time of day. He has always been able to sort out our issues (despite there being some tricky ones) and finally we have all our systems working in much better order. He has gone above and beyond to help us with everything. Thanks so much.

Excellent Customer Service!
We came across Happy Pos via a recommendation, we were sceptical at first because we had a old till system that worked but was out of date, so why change it?? David and his team made the whole process so easy and now it's the best thing we have ever done ✔. Our till, weighing scales and card machines are all linked, which saves us time and now with the epos system we have better knowledge of our business. Highly recommend! Also its great to always have someone on the other end of the phone to help us out if needs be. 😊

Absolutely amazing 5* customer service.
Our system was installed within only a few days of us contacting happy pos and Dave has been on hand ever since to deal with any problems or questions we had, even answering the phone at 11pm on a Saturday night to help with something. We are so impressed with Happy Pos we are using them again at our second restaurant and would be happy to recommend them to anyone who needed a similar system.
In terms of the system it’s self, easy to work and has some excellent features to help your business.
