Twelve months in now the kids are established faces and help with bringing on the new kids as well as learning and honing skills that they have been taught, both are fitter more confident and enjoy sessions. Staff continue to support all members of the class and sometimes it's difficult to persuade the kids not to spar with one another outside the gym. Halloween party was great just need to move closer

Great place for kids and adults

My child has been attending these classes for about 12months and her concentration and discipline has improved significantly, all the kids enjoy this class. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.......

Our son has been going for about five years and loves it. Being able to be flexible with the days you go to training each week really helps when kids are doing so many other things

Great place to learn martial arts and get fit my son, daughter and myself have been going for approx 4 months or so now and love it. Classes monday to saturday so it's really flexible as well.
